Refund & Cancellation
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within [24 hours] of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is processed, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
Returns
We accept returns within [7 days] of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original tags intact, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., via Razorpay) within [5-7 business days].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team.
